VIEWPOINT® Survey

Accurate measurement and assessment of employee perceptions are crucial for preserving The Union Free Privilege™ and for sound leadership during organizational change. Surveys can provide an effective means for gathering and analyzing vital internal (employee) and external (customer, vendor, community, etc.) information of how an organization is perceived.

The Adams, Nash, Haskell & Sheridan VIEWPOINT® is a multi-faceted survey instrument. The data collected since its development in 1975 comprise the largest database of its kind in North America. Because it has been administered to workers in health care, banking, publishing, insurance, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, utilities and other service industries, VIEWPOINT® provides much more than a statistical snapshot of your company. It allows you to compare the results of your organization with national norms.
VIEWPOINT® survey options and features, plus optional measurements include:

The Employee Alienation Index, which predicts employee "dysfunction," such as turnover, regulatory agency involvement and union organizing
One-on-one interviews with select samples of supervision, middle and senior management
Focus group meetings with select samples of employees
A detailed, written questionnaire that is administered to all members of the organization
A brief interim questionnaire that is administered to a smaller number of employees
Measures customer satisfaction to guide the organization's change efforts and track the impact of internal changes on external audience perceptions
The Perceived/Preferred Values questionnaire that assesses management and employee perceptions of management's values and priorities and then compares them with the values and priorities they believe should direct the organization's activities
