Workplace Issue Assessment

The key to any successful organization is its team. Learning how employees feel about the job is the necessary first and recurring step.

Employee Focus Groups – Using consumer research methodology ANH&S consultants conduct small group meetings, probing the opinions of employees. Our promise of confidentiality with participants promotes a free and candid interchange that provides valuable direction to our clients. This process is used in advance of a major change to predict employees’ reaction or just as a organizational improvement guide.
Management Audit – This has proven to be invaluable in union organizing.  Confidential interviews with your management team (including first-line supervisors) produces information about how employees feel about the job. Our experience in evaluating the veracity of the information in thousands of similar situations is the art of the process. This has proven valuable union organizing drives or in any other third party intervention. The audit allows us to offer and evaluative comments about the interviewees that can be used as a management development tool as well.
